Opening hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 18.00 to 22.00

Our house chef Tom and his team is dedicated to your wellbeing with his exquisite fresh Mediterranean and local cuisine and an admirable focus on regional and sustainable products. Alongside artisanal noodles, ravioli and excellent sauces, we offer half-pension menu with daily rotating choices. The finishing touch of the dishes comes courtesy of enchanting herbs from the hotel garden.

Our wine cellar is stocked with delicacies from throughout the canton of Graubünden and supplemented by a hand-picked drop or two from all around the wine-growing world.
